Player Agreement | Vault777
Most terms and conditions are written to protect a platform from its users. This player agreement takes a different approach: it sets out the rules of Vault777 plainly, so every participant understands exactly what they are agreeing to. Vault777 operates on the Arbitrum L2 network — a non-custodial, blockchain-based environment where game outcomes are verifiable on-chain and no central authority holds player funds.
By connecting a wallet and interacting with the Vault777 smart contracts, you confirm that you have read and accepted this player agreement. This agreement was last updated in 2026 and supersedes all prior versions. Material changes will be announced on the platform and take effect seven days after publication.
1. Eligibility
Access is restricted to individuals aged 18 or older, or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction if higher. Players are solely responsible for confirming that online gambling is lawful where they reside.
Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited — including but not limited to the United States, United Kingdom, France, and Australia — may not participate. Vault777’s restricted-jurisdiction list may be updated as regulatory conditions change. By interacting with the platform, you represent that you meet all eligibility requirements.
2. Account Registration
Vault777 does not use a traditional account system. There are no usernames, passwords, or email addresses. Access is established by connecting a self-custody cryptocurrency wallet — such as MetaMask or any WalletConnect-compatible wallet — to the Vault777 interface.
The connected wallet address is the player’s sole identifier on-chain. Players are entirely responsible for the security of their private keys and seed phrases. Vault777 cannot recover access to a lost wallet and bears no liability for inaccessible funds. Each wallet is treated as a distinct participant; using multiple wallets to circumvent bonus restrictions violates this agreement.
3. Identity Verification
Vault777 operates a no-KYC model. No government-issued identification, proof of address, or personal documentation is collected at any stage. Identity verification is limited to cryptographic proof of wallet ownership, established at connection through standard wallet-signing.
By signing a connection request, you self-certify your eligibility under Section 1. Vault777 reserves the right to restrict any wallet address linked to fraudulent activity, contract exploitation, or documented sanctions violations identified through on-chain analysis.
4. Deposits
All deposits are made in cryptocurrency via the Arbitrum L2 network. Fiat currency and bank transfers are not accepted. Deposits interact directly with the relevant smart contracts; because Vault777 is non-custodial, no third party holds funds on a player’s behalf.
Applicable minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the platform interface at the time of transaction. Players are responsible for all network gas fees. Vault777 does not reimburse failed transactions caused by insufficient gas or incorrect contract interactions.
5. Withdrawals
Winnings are settled on-chain in real time. There is no manual withdrawal process; funds are transferred directly to the connected wallet upon resolution of each wager. Vault777 does not impose withdrawal limits, fees, or processing windows beyond those inherent to the Arbitrum network.
On-chain results generated by Chainlink VRF are final. Players may not reverse or charge back any transaction confirmed on-chain. The blockchain record is the authoritative account of every wager outcome.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
Vault777 may offer bonuses, promotional credits, or reward distributions at its discretion. The terms of each promotion — eligibility criteria, applicable games, expiry periods, and wagering requirements — are published at the time of announcement and are incorporated into this player agreement by reference.
Bonus credits are non-transferable and carry no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are met. Wallets found to be exploiting multi-wallet connections to claim bonuses repeatedly will have those bonuses voided. Vault777 may amend or discontinue any promotion at any time; where conditions are partially met at withdrawal, the accrued benefit will be honoured proportionally.
7. Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds carry wagering requirements unless a promotion states otherwise. The applicable multiplier is specified in each promotion’s individual terms. Bonus-derived funds may not be withdrawn until the stated requirement is satisfied.
Game contribution rates toward wagering requirements are as follows:
- Slots and crash games: 100%
- Live table games and video poker: 10%
- Excluded games: 0%
Requirements must be met within the time frame stated in the promotion. Unused bonus balances and pending requirements expire at the end of that period and will not be reinstated.
8. Games and Fair Play
All game outcomes are determined by Chainlink VRF — a cryptographically secure and publicly auditable on-chain randomness source. Any player can independently verify the fairness of any result using the transaction hash and Vault777’s published verification methodology.
Vault777’s smart contracts have been audited by CertiK; reports are publicly available. Players must not use bots, exploit code, or any technical means to interact with contracts outside the intended interface. Wallets identified as engaging in contract manipulation or coordinated exploitation will be restricted and any pending winnings may be voided.
9. Responsible Gambling
Vault777 provides tools to support responsible gambling. Players may apply the following limits directly through the platform:
- Session time reminders
- Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Wager limits per session
- Self-exclusion for a defined period or indefinitely
Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Players who bypass the interface to interact directly with smart contracts while excluded do so in breach of this agreement. External support is available from GamCare (gamcare.org.uk), Gamblers Anonymous (gamblersanonymous.org), and BeGambleAware (begambleaware.org).
10. Dormant Accounts
Because Vault777 is non-custodial, no dormancy fee applies to inactive wallets — funds remain under the player’s sole control at all times. However, platform-layer features such as loyalty points, unclaimed bonus allocations, and promotional credits may expire after 12 consecutive months of inactivity, defined as no on-chain interaction with Vault777 contracts from the relevant wallet address.
Players wishing to preserve expiring benefits should contact Vault777 support before the stated deadline. Expired credits will not be restored after that date.
This player agreement is the complete agreement between Vault777 and the player. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be amended to the minimum extent necessary while all remaining provisions continue in full force.
